This policy does not apply to a complaint of a disliked scent that you are unsatisfied with. I only add the strongest pure oils to my products but still find that some are actually stronger than others. You will have to determine what you like. I will send a free scent snippet (scent sample) with your order for you to try at your request. Please note that we take pride in all our products and scents but we of course cannot guarantee your personal likes with each scent.

At the time we receive the returned product we will investigate the claim and will make the product replacement.  We will pay for the new item to be shipped back to you.  We will do our best to ensure that a solution is found to any problems that may arise. We do reserve the right to refuse a return, or refuse service to anyone.

If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased you may return it for replacement only.  We do not give cash refunds.  You must notify us via email or by phone within 3 days of receiving the item.  (If the item you want replaced is no longer available or sold out, I will replace it with another product of equal value.) Item must be returned to us to receive replacement. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any return shipping costs. Item must be returned to us within 30 days of your email or phone notification.
